Contractor Questions

What is involved in the contract position application process?

Most of the paperwork involved can be filled out online. However, you will be required to meet with your recruiter, or come to the corporate office, to verify your eligibility to work in the U.S. prior to the start of your assignment. If you are located out of the area and unable to come to our office or meet with your recruiter, you will be provided instructions to have your identity verified and the I-9 documents notarized. After notarization, you will be required to send us the notarized copy prior to the start of your assignment.

How often are employees paid?

Artizen Staffing pays employees weekly, on Fridays.

Can I sign up for direct deposit?

Yes. In the on-boarding new hire paperwork you can fill out a direct deposit form. If you do not have the form, please contact our office and request a direct deposit form. We will require a voided check to complete the process. Your first check, after submitting your direct deposit form, will be “live” and mailed to your home address. Those that come afterward will be by direct deposit.

What if I am on an assignment and decide it is not for me?

We realize that not every job is a good fit for you, and sometimes you do not know that until you have worked in the position and with the team. If you are on an assignment and find it is not going to work for you, we ask that you contact us immediately. You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open and honest communication from you while working on assignment with our clients and you can expect the same from the Artizen Staffing office team members.
